LaJuan Kennedy entered the real estate field in the spring of 1973. Fred Holland had recently opened an office on Folly Beach and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She interviewed for the job and got it. She was raised on Folly, so she already knew all the properties and most of the residents. She took her real estate exam and the rest is history. 40 years later she still enjoys what she does and looks forward to each day.
